Privacy policy
Written in plain English, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody. Last updated September 23, 2026.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no tracking pixels and has no forms of its own. Like every website it leaves standard server logs, and the service-area map is served by Google. What Seana knows about you is what you tell her when you book or text, and she does not sell or share it.
Who this is about
The Sunless Method is a one-person spray tanning studio in Brentwood, TN, owned and operated by Seana. You can reach her at 615-428-0746 or info@thesunlessmethod.com.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, no shopping cart and no comment section on this site. No cookies are set. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no other tracking or advertising tool. Nothing on this site is used to build a profile of you or to follow you around the internet.
Like any website, the server that hosts these pages (Google Firebase Hosting) records standard request logs, which include IP addresses. That is infrastructure, not marketing.
Third parties this site loads
One thing on these pages is served by Google, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies when the page loads:
- Google Maps. The service-area map is an embedded Google map and loads with the page. The full list of areas and distances beside it is plain text and says exactly the same thing.
Links that take you somewhere else
Several buttons hand you off to another company. Once you are there, that company’s privacy policy governs what happens, not this one:
- Booking is handled by Sunsette. Your name and contact details go to them so the appointment exists.
- Retail is on Sunsette too, and payments go through Stripe, the processor Sunsette uses. Card details are never seen or stored by The Sunless Method.
- Glow Scholarship nominations are handled by JotForm. See below.
- Product recommendations go to Amazon. See below.
- Instagram is Meta’s.
What Seana collects when you book or text
The ordinary things a service appointment needs: your name, your phone number or email, your appointment date, the address for a mobile appointment, and notes about your skin, your preferred depth and the solution that worked, so your next tan matches your last one.
It is used to run your appointment and to answer you. It is not sold, rented, or handed to anyone for marketing. Ask her to delete it and she will.
Photographs
Client photographs appear on this site only with permission from the person in them, and from a parent or guardian where the client is under eighteen. If your photograph is here and you want it taken down, text or email and it comes down. You do not have to give a reason.
The Glow Scholarship
Nominations are submitted by an adult through a form hosted by JotForm. The form asks for the nominator’s name, organization, role, email and phone; the nominee’s first and last name, age, city, the occasion and the month the tan is needed, with an optional notes field; and a parent or guardian’s name, email and phone so the appointment can be arranged with the family directly.
Nominations are read by Seana and are not published, shared or used for marketing. A girl is never contacted directly as a result of a nomination; the parent or guardian is.

Children
This site is not directed at children under thirteen and collects nothing from anyone. Appointments for clients under eighteen are arranged with a parent or guardian.
Your choices
- Ask what information is held about you, and get a straight answer.
- Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
- Ask for a photograph to be removed.
- Ask to stop being contacted, at any time.
